The implementation of the state program aimed at expanding women’s opportunities and enhancing their social and economic activity is ongoing. This initiative is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 14, 2025, No. 103, which provides for further improvement of the family and women support system.
One of the priority directions is the organization of health and educational activities for women included in the “Women’s Notebook” and in need of social support. According to the program, around 50,000 participants annually are given the opportunity to undergo rehabilitation and training courses in health resorts in the Tashkent region.
The next stage of the project took place in the Bostanlyk district at the “Livinston” recreation area. Women from Namangan and Syrdarya regions participated in the event. A comprehensive program was prepared for them, including wellness procedures, educational seminars and personal development training sessions.
Significant attention is paid to developing entrepreneurial skills. Within the framework of the program, representatives of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship conducted practical sessions where participants learned the basics of business management, financial planning, and developing their own business projects.
In addition, psychological training sessions were organized, aimed at building self-confidence, unlocking inner potential and fostering a stable positive mindset. This approach not only provides necessary support but also creates conditions for further self-realization and increased economic independence of women.
Organizers emphasize that the active participation of women in the program demonstrates its relevance and practical importance. In their view, such projects open up additional opportunities for self-realization, promote entrepreneurial thinking, and contribute positively to the socio-economic development of the regions.
