Human Resource Management (HR Manager)

This training course is designed for HR department employees of manufacturing organizations, enterprises, and small business entities, as well as for professionals from other fields who wish to work as HR managers, and for final-year university students majoring in Management.

Course Objective:

To train qualified specialists capable of applying modern technologies in the field of human resource management in enterprises and organizations, and possessing the necessary legal knowledge in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

Course Tasks:

- Study the theoretical and practical foundations of labor legislation;

- Master technologies for personnel recruitment and adaptation;

- Gain practical experience in organizing the work of the HR department;

- Develop skills for identifying and assessing human resource development potential.

 

The course program includes the following topics:

- Labor relations in the new Constitution and the new Labor Code;

- Fundamentals of labor legislation;

- Organization of HR department activities;

- Personnel recruitment and adaptation technologies;

- Employee performance evaluation;

- Human resource development.

 

Form and Duration of Training:

Mode of study: online / offline

Total study load: 40 hours (5 days)

Class schedule: daily from 09:00 to 16:00

Final assessment: test (offline format)

 

Upon successful completion of the final test, participants will be awarded a certificate.
