Training of court managers

This training course is designed for specialists who wish to obtain the Training of court managers” qualification certificate.It is intended for individuals with higher education and at least two years of work experience, as well as for professionals holding managerial positions in organizations involved in the training of court administrators.

 

Course Objective:

To provide specialists working as court administrators in the process of organizational crisis management with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills, as well as to develop a full understanding of the process of financial recovery (stabilization) of debtor organizations.

 

Course Tasks:

- To develop the professional knowledge required for court administrators;

- To analyze the financial indicators of organizations and draw appropriate conclusions;

- To enhance the ability to choose the right course of action and make sound decisions in complex financial situations.

 

The course curriculum includes the following topics:

- Legal support for the activities of court administrators;

- Accounting and financial analysis in the process of court administration;

- Valuation of court administration objects;

- Management of organizations in crisis.

 

Format and Duration of Study:

Form of study: online (via Zoom platform)

Total study load: 120 hours

Course duration: 16 working days

Class hours: daily from 09:00 to 16:30

Final assessment: test (in offline format)

 

Upon completion of the course:

Participants who successfully pass the final tests will be awarded a state-recognized certificate.
