Scientific secretary of the center for coordination of scientific activities - Head of the office
Position Requirements:
The candidate must be no older than 55 years of age;
Higher education (economics, finance, humanities);
Five years of industry experience;
A higher academic degree (Master's or Doctorate) is required;
Strive for continuous professional development, knowledge, and skills improvement;

Job Responsibilities:
Office Head:
Monitor and analyze scientific activities;
Regularly prepare reports on scientific research and projects;
Create presentations, slides, and other visual materials to present scientific research results;
Develop scientific research programs;
Develop scientific programs for the management and development of scientific activities, assist scientific teams in conducting research;
Collecting data necessary for managing scientific activities and monitoring scientific research, analyzing it, and conducting research in a given area;
Preparing necessary documentation for scientific research, grants, articles, and studies, and submitting them to the appropriate organizations and scientific journals;
Registering scientific research and projects, reflecting the results in official documents of the Higher School Scientific Center;
Obtaining grants for scientific research, preparing and approving the necessary grant documentation, and effectively distributing grant funds.

Deputy head of the Center for working with business Incubators and startup projects
Candidate Requirements:

Assistance in preparing business ideas and startup projects for launch;
Provision of business consulting services for preparing startup projects for business idea initiators, startups, and small businesses, including temporary use of a furnished office, assessing the compliance of business ideas and startup projects with market requirements, assisting with business organization, business plan development, product commercialization, obtaining intellectual property rights, and preparing presentations for financing;
Organization of open dialogues, master classes, practical seminars, and mentoring events with the involvement of relevant domestic and international experts, successful entrepreneurs, and mentors to prepare startup projects for implementation;
Provides assistance to owners of startup ideas, startups, small business entities in the implementation of business projects within their competence;
Participates in attracting successful entrepreneurs and foreign specialists to support startup projects;
Prepares analytical data and develops practical proposals for the development of the startup industry at the Center;
Cooperation with international, public, and private enterprises, organizations, and associations to support entrepreneurial initiatives and startup projects;
Facilitating participation in international competitions and exhibitions aimed at supporting startups, in coordination with the relevant ministries, within the Center's purview.
