Job Requirements:

The candidate must be no older than 55 years;

At least 5-7 years of work experience in the field;

Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek languages (English is an advantage);

Higher education (Economics, Finance, Humanities);

Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Honesty, diligence, initiative, and a responsible approach to fulfilling duties. Professional etiquette, respect for others and colleagues, and the ability to work as part of a team;

Good communication skills, ability to express opinions and thoughts, quick thinking in solving problems, and presenting proposals;

Awareness of the ongoing social-political reforms in the country and a deep understanding of the measures being implemented.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and update curricula, textbooks, study materials, guidelines, and test materials;

Conduct scientific research together with students, teach them research skills, and conduct experiments;

Publish research findings in international and national scientific journals, participate in scientific conferences, and present papers on the subject;

Organize and ensure effective teaching processes in cooperation with other professors and lecturers within the department and faculty;

Develop cooperation in the department’s academic programs and scientific research;

Continuously improve pedagogical and scientific qualifications, study new teaching methodologies and technologies;

Strengthen international relations with teachers and researchers, exchange modern knowledge and experiences;

Develop and update study materials: Develop and update textbooks, guidelines, test questions, presentations, interactive exercises, and other study materials related to project management;

Ensure the quality of the educational process: Organize practical classes and seminar-based learning processes, teaching students the latest approaches in project management.

Develop marketing strategies: Develop marketing strategies to enhance the university’s reputation in marketing and digital economy programs in the master’s courses;

Quality improvement initiatives: Test new methods and approaches to make the educational process more effective;

Developing collaboration: Foster collaboration within the department's educational programs and scientific research;

Continuous professional development: Regularly improve pedagogical and academic qualifications, study new teaching methodologies and technologies;
