A joint meeting of the Academic Council and the Scientific Seminar under it, DSc.19/30.12.2019.I.88.01., which awards the degrees of Doctor of Science (DSc) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, was held at the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

The activities of the Academic Council were fully compliant with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on the certification of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, the absolute prohibition of plagiarism, ensuring the quality and impartiality of the examination, and increasing the responsibility of those participating in the certification process. An action plan for the Academic Council was developed.
