Activities of regional branches

The main goal and mission of the regional branches of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship is to train the population in business and entrepreneurship in all regions, create new jobs, reduce poverty, and increase the number of entrepreneurs. These activities, in turn, lead to economic growth in the regions, increase tax revenues to local budgets, and improve the business and entrepreneurial environment.

One of the most urgent issues is to train the population (youth and women) in entrepreneurship, develop business management skills in entrepreneurs, and ensure economic growth through improving the professional qualifications of enterprise employees.

Theoretical and practical training courses, master classes, and seminars are conducted at the regional branch.

The training courses serve as a catalyst for the formation of a free competitive environment in the economy, increasing the competitiveness of local producers, strengthening socio-economic factors for the population to engage in entrepreneurial activities in the regions, forming the necessary skills in the field of business and entrepreneurship, improving their lifestyle and increasing employment.

This is intended to attract large-scale participation of the population (youth and women) interested in entrepreneurship, and to consistently continue the reforms being implemented to reduce poverty and develop entrepreneurship.

Through these courses, the Higher School has developed a promising plan to train 43,120 people in entrepreneurship, covering all regions of our republic. In order to implement this plan, the Higher School has established effective cooperation with leading ministries and departments of our republic.

The training courses consist of lectures, practical seminars, master classes (master classes), and are designed for 30 to 120 hours.

The training programs include field trips to familiarize students with the work of successful entrepreneurs.

The first-level work of the Higher School and its regional branches includes the effective use of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process.

At the end of the training courses, students draw up a business plan and take a test depending on the chosen areas of activity. Students who successfully defend the business plan and pass the tests are awarded certificates at the end of the course.

In order to ensure the quality of the educational process, an anonymous survey is conducted on the last day of the training courses to establish feedback among the students. Based on the results of the survey, problems in the organization of training courses are resolved and the quality of the educational process is constantly improved.

In order to improve the education, knowledge and skills of course participants, and to fully organize the educational process, the training rooms are fully equipped with modern and comfortable equipment.

First of all, the fulfillment of the tasks stipulated in the regulatory and legal documents related to the high-quality organization of training courses is constantly being fully analyzed, and additional work that needs to be done is identified and implemented.

When developing training course programs and conducting trainings, attention is paid to quality, value and results.
