    Requirements for Candidates:

    • Higher education and at least three years of work experience after graduation;
    • Up to 45 years of age (age restriction applies only to full-time study).

    Admission Procedure:

    • Interview (based on specialization and general work experience);
    • DTM tests (specialization and English language).

    English Language Privileges:

    • B2 level according to CEFR;
    • IELTS score of 5.0;
    • At least 72 points in TOEFL.

    Candidates wishing to apply for the master's program must submit an application to the Director of the Higher School through the official website, attaching copies of the following documents:

    1. Recommendation letter signed by heads of government bodies, enterprises, NGOs, or business entities;
    2. Copy of the higher education diploma;
    3. Colored photo (size: 4x6);
    4. Passport (original to be presented during the exam);
    5. Certificate confirming English proficiency (if available).
