Curriculum: Approved by the Minutes of the Academic Council of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship No. 2 dated October 30, 2020.

Purpose: To improve the skills of court administrators on the following topics:

Topic 1. The content and essence of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Insolvency” and regulatory legal acts regulating the field of insolvency.

Topic 2. Fundamentals of accounting and financial reporting.

Topic 3. Fundamentals of corporate governance.

Topic 4. Practical activities of court administrators.

Topic 5. Foreign practice in the field of insolvency.

Topic 6. Personal characteristics of a court administrator.

Duration of training: 5 days

Course load: 30 academic hours

Duration: daily from 09:00 to 16:30

Interim control: interview

Form of final control: tests (offline)

Possible forms of training: full-time, off-site and remote, at the workplace.

At the end of the course, students who successfully pass the tests will be awarded a state certificate.
