According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-269 dated December 21, 2022 “On Measures to Implement Administrative Reforms of New Uzbekistan” and Resolution No. PR-108 of April 4, 2023 “On Measures to Expand Scientific Approaches in the Implementation of Economic Reforms and Further Improve the System of Training Management Personnel” Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship was reorganized.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-5975 dated March 26, 2020 “On measures to fundamentally update the state policy on economic development and poverty reduction” and the Decree No. PD-4653 “On organizing the activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its system organizations” Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship was reorganized and followed by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 460 dated July 30 2020 “On organizational measures to ensure the effective operation of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship” .

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, CGC was renamed to the Republican Graduate School of Business and Management

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the CGC was transferred to the National Agency of Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the GSB was transformed into the Scientific and Educational Center for Corporate Governance (CGC) under the Ministry of Economy

Graduate School of Business was established at the Academy of State and Social Construction (GSB)
