In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation “On Postgraduate Education” approved by Appendix No. 2 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 304 dated May 22, 2017, “On Measures to Further Improve the System of Postgraduate Education,” the following programs are currently offered at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship:

- 08.00.07 – “Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit”;

- 08.00.13 – “Management”;

- 08.00.15 – “Entrepreneurship and Small Business Economics”;

- 08.00.16 – “Digital Economy and International Digital Integration.” Admissions are carried out for Basic Doctoral Studies (PhD), Doctoral Studies (DSc), and Independent Research (DSc, PhD).

Admission for Basic Doctoral Studies (PhD) and Doctoral Studies (DSc) is conducted once a year (in September), while applications for Independent Research (DSc, PhD) are accepted four times a year (each quarter).

Each applicant submits documents through the unified electronic system of the Agency for Innovative Development (http://daraja.ilmiy.uz).

Applicants for Basic Doctoral Studies (PhD) and Independent Research (PhD) shall submit the following documents:

- Short biographical information (CV);

- A copy of the master’s degree diploma or certificate of completion of clinical residency (for medical sciences), or a copy of the higher education diploma (for specialization programs);

- Electronic copies of published scientific works (at least 1 article and 2 theses);

- Recommendation letter from the place of work (for Basic Doctoral students);

- Character reference from the place of work (for Independent Researchers);

- Foreign language proficiency certificate at the B2 level (for Basic Doctoral Studies);

- Copy of the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (if available).

Applicants for Doctoral Studies (DSc) and Independent Research Doctorate (DSc) shall submit the following documents:

- Short biographical information (CV);

- Copy of a diploma confirming higher education, the degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), or a scientific degree equivalent to them obtained abroad;

- Scientific report on the research topic and a detailed draft plan of the doctoral dissertation prepared for obtaining the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree;

- Electronic copies of published scientific works (at least 3 articles and 2 theses);

- Recommendation letter from the place of work (for Doctoral students);

- Character reference from the place of work (for Independent Researchers);

- Foreign language proficiency certificate at the B2 level (for Doctoral Studies);

- Scientific achievements (if available).
