The currently rapidly progressing renewal processes require adapting the knowledge and skills of young people, women and various segments of the population to reforms, and a new approach to their professional development. One of the most pressing issues is ensuring economic growth through the formation of entrepreneurial and business skills, and improving professional qualifications.

The resolution of the head of our country No. PQ-4804 of August 11, 2020 “On additional measures aimed at attracting poor and unemployed citizens to entrepreneurship, increasing their labor activity and training them in professions and ensuring employment of the population” was adopted, and on January 27, 2021, an expanded videoconference meeting was held under the leadership of our President “On measures to ensure youth employment and meaningful organization of their free time”.

To this end, the regional branches of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction are carrying out extensive work to train the main population, youth, and women in small business and entrepreneurship, create new jobs, reduce poverty, improve the financial and economic growth of the regions, improve the business and entrepreneurial environment, and increase the number of entrepreneurs.
