At the same time, the rapidly ongoing processes of renewal require adapting the knowledge and skills of youth, women and various segments of the population to reforms, as well as a new approach to their professional development. One of the most urgent issues is to ensure economic growth by developing their entrepreneurial and business skills and improving their professional qualifications.

On August 11, 2020, the head of our country adopted Decree No. PQ-4804 “On additional measures aimed at involving poor and unemployed citizens in entrepreneurship, increasing their labor activity, vocational training, and ensuring employment.” Furthermore, on January 27, 2021, an expanded video conference was held under the leadership of the President on “Measures to ensure youth employment and organize their leisure meaningfully.”

Regional branches of the Graduate School Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan are carrying out extensive work to train the general population, youth, and women in small business and entrepreneurship, create new jobs, reduce poverty, promote the financial and economic growth of regions, improve the business and entrepreneurial environment, and increase the number of entrepreneurs.
