Representatives of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Rutgers University

A delegation led by Deputy Director of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship Bahrom Kholbayev is holding a series of meetings at Rutgers University, one of the leading higher education institutions in the United States.
The main purpose of the visit is to study advanced international experience in the implementation of the Executive MBA (EMBA) program, a master’s program in business administration for executives, at the Graduate School of Business, as well as to discuss opportunities for cooperation in this area.
The visit is organized within the framework of the Executive MBA development project implemented with the support of the Embassy of the United States in Uzbekistan and American Councils.
During the meetings with representatives of Rutgers Business School, the academic model of EMBA programs, admission criteria, principles of organizing the learning process, academic workload, class schedules and mechanisms for combining study with professional activity were discussed. An exchange of views also took place on approaches to integrating practical business experience into the educational process in programs designed for executives and professionals.
Special attention was given to factors that create additional value for participants, including professional networking, an international academic environment, collaboration with the business community and competency development through practical projects.
Rutgers Business School is one of the schools with extensive experience in Executive MBA education in the United States and has consistently achieved strong results in business education. In this context, the visit is of significant importance in the process of developing and improving educational programs aimed at forming modern management competencies at the Graduate School of Business.
The meetings were attended by the Executive MBA program team of Rutgers Business School, representatives of the Marketing and Communications Department, the University’s First Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Development, Professor of Business Jeffrey Robinson and Vice Chancellor John Gunkel.
The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship continues to consistently implement initiatives aimed at expanding international cooperation, studying advanced educational practices and raising the quality of management training in Uzbekistan to a new level.
