The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with Kazan Federal University (KFU), announces admissions for the international “dual degree” program for the 2026/2027 academic year.

Program conditions: (Semesters 1, 2, and 3) are conducted in Uzbekistan, while the 4th semester takes place in Russia (Kazan). Upon completion of the program, the student receives degrees from Kazan Federal University in “Management” and from the Graduate School of Business with a Master’s degree “MBA – Innovative Management”. The cost of one year of study under the joint educational program is 2,800 USD.

Candidates wishing to participate in this program can apply through the e-tinglovchi.gsbe.uz platform of the Graduate Business School, attaching copies of documents:

• A diploma of higher education with an appendix, as well as its notarized translations into Russian;

• A copy of the international passport and its notarized translation into Russian;

• A copy of the ID card or internal passport (the original is presented during the exam);

• Portfolio (a portfolio is a set of documents confirming the candidate's academic, scientific, professional and social achievements, including a motivational letter containing a justification for interest in studying under the chosen educational program and the candidate's professional plans);

• If available, a document (certificate) of the established form confirming the level of proficiency in Russian.

The deadline for accepting documents for admission to the magistracy is July 27, 2026.
