Joint Educational Program of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and Kazan Federal University
The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in collaboration with Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University (KFU), is pleased to announce admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year to its joint dual-degree program. The program is designed to develop forward-thinking leaders and professionals equipped to drive business growth and organizational success in an era of digital transformation, technological advancement, and increasing global competition.
The program is implemented through the integration of the educational and research potential of two leading academic institutions of Uzbekistan and Russia, combining the best academic traditions, modern management approaches, and practice-oriented learning. Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University is one of the leading research and educational centers of the Russian Federation. It is ranked among the world's top universities, holding 450th place in the QS World University Rankings 2026, being included in the 801–1000 group of universities in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026, and ranking 8th in the National University Ranking of Russia.
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Innovation Management from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as a Master's degree in Management from Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.

The program is designed for executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, middle and senior managers, specialists from government agencies, the financial sector, and corporate governance, as well as professionals seeking to acquire modern management knowledge of international standards and elevate their professional activities to a new level.

Requirements for Candidates:
Bachelor's degree;
Candidate must be under 45 years of age;
If available, an international certificate in Russian of at least level B2.
Admission Examination Procedure:
The Russian language test is conducted by the Agency for the Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications;
The special exam (tests on the fundamentals of economics and management) is conducted by KFU;
Portfolio (a portfolio is a set of documents confirming the candidate's academic, scientific, professional, and social achievements).
Candidates who wish to study for a Master's degree must submit an application to the Director of the Graduate School of Business via the official website, attaching the following copies of documents for the Admissions Committee in the prescribed manner:
A diploma of higher education with an appendix, as well as its notarized translations into Russian;
A copy of the international passport and its notarized translation into Russian;
A copy of the ID card or internal passport (the original is presented during the exam);
Portfolio (a portfolio is a set of documents confirming the candidate's academic, scientific, professional, and social achievements).
If available, a document (certificate) of the established form confirming the level of proficiency in Russian.
