As part of its international cooperation efforts, the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship (GSBE) is implementing a number of initiatives to train and enhance the qualifications of professionals in corporate and project management, high-demand sectors of the economy, and scientific, educational, and methodological activities.

From April 27 to May 22, in collaboration with the German organization “Senior Experten Service” GmbH (SES), GSBE hosted a series of lectures, seminars, and master classes. These events were conducted by Mr. Hans Pankow, a lecturer and consulting engineer from Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Participants included faculty members, staff from the central office, and representatives of the GSBE’s regional branches.

About SES: “Senior Experten Service” (SES) GmbH is one of Germany’s leading expert organizations, facilitating knowledge exchange in management, technology, and education. SES promotes sustainable development by engaging experienced professionals in international projects.

Mr. Pankow brings over 30 years of experience as a managing director and executive in manufacturing, logistics, control systems, automation, and supply chain management.

During the workshops, Mr. Pankow shared practical knowledge and expertise in production processes, logistics, automation, and supply chain management. Special attention was given to change management in education, quality control, SWOT analysis, and the development of corporate strategies.

In addition, GSBE, together with the Administration (Hokimiyat) of the Bekabad district, organized a short-term training course for local residents and entrepreneurs of the Achamaili community (mahalla). Mr. Pankow provided hands-on advice on the topic: “Organizing Production Processes and Introducing Technologies for the Rational Use of Resources.”

Participants gained valuable knowledge and skills in business process optimization, modern management techniques, and innovative approaches. Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates.

As a result of these events, attendees acquired key competencies in modern management and production, strategic planning, and the implementation of innovative solutions. The expert recommendations provided by Mr. Pankow will serve as an important foundation for enhancing educational practices at GSBE and updating training programs to meet the demands of the market and the national economy.
