A round table discussion on the topic “Startup Basics” was organized for young people in the Khomkon mahalla of Angor district, Surkhandarya region. The event was conducted by the regional branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship of Surkhandarya region. The main objective of the meeting was to develop entrepreneurial skills among young people, foster innovative thinking, and increase interest in creating their own startup projects.

During the event, participants were provided with fundamental knowledge about startups, including their creation stages, development processes and modern approaches to business management. Special attention was given to transforming an idea into a full-fledged business project, developing a business model, as well as methods of innovative thinking and effective problem-solving. Successful startup examples and opportunities for scaling such projects were also discussed.

Participants were also introduced to the concept of startups and their role in the modern economy, where innovative projects play a key role in the introduction of new technologies and economic development. In addition, information was shared about opportunities for youth in entrepreneurship and self-employment, as well as available support mechanisms for aspiring entrepreneurs.

At the end of the event, participants received answers to their questions and practical recommendations. Such initiatives contribute to the development of entrepreneurial culture among young people, the formation of innovative thinking and the support of promising business ideas.
