A training program has been launched to ensure gender equality within the "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC system

At the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, an opening ceremony was held for a training program aimed at increasing the level of knowledge and competence of managers and members of advisory councils to ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men operating in the enterprises and organizations of the "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC system.
The event was organized in cooperation with the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Family and Women's Affairs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and JSC "Uzbekneftegaz".
The program examines key aspects of the state policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of gender equality, international approaches and best practices, as well as practical mechanisms for implementing the principles of equal rights and opportunities in the corporate environment. Particular attention is paid to developing applied skills in ensuring gender equality in organizations, the effective operation of advisory councils and the implementation of relevant management tools.
Special emphasis is placed on the economic aspects of gender equality, including conducting gender audits, developing corporate policies and utilizing modern management solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency and the sustainable development of organizations.
During the event, the importance of creating a favorable and inclusive work environment that promotes the professional growth of employees, expanding opportunities for women, ensuring a balance between work and family life, implementing "family-friendly" policy principles and developing corporate social responsibility was also emphasized.
The importance of such educational initiatives was noted, especially in the system of large state companies, where the introduction of gender-sensitive approaches contributes to improving corporate governance, increasing labor productivity and developing human capital.
It is expected that the implementation of this training program will be an important step in strengthening the principles of gender equality, improving the quality of management processes, and forming a modern, sustainable corporate culture within the "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC system.
