The short-term training program organized in the USA was successfully completed
The short-term training program "Human Resource Development" (HRD), organized by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the United States of America, has concluded. During the program, participants visited prestigious educational and business organizations such as Pittsburgh State University, the Pittsburgh Area Chamber of Commerce, the Research and Innovation Center and the Crossland College of Technology, familiarizing themselves with the advanced experience of the USA in human resource management, technological education, innovative research, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
During the training, participants gained in-depth knowledge and skills in modern management approaches, practical application of HR systems, mechanisms for supporting startups, an innovative model of technical education, university-industry partnerships and internal processes of the US business environment. Seminars, question-and-answer sessions, practical classes, and conversations with specialists significantly improved the qualifications of the delegation members.
At the end of the program, all participants were awarded official certificates for their educational activities. They were also presented with commemorative gifts from Pittsburgh State University and partner organizations.
