Listeners of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan paid a business visit to the plant of one of Uzbekistan’s leading automotive industry enterprises — JSC “UzAuto Motors.”

During the visit, the listeners toured the plant and became closely acquainted with all stages of automobile production. They had the opportunity to study the operation of production lines, modern technological processes, innovative approaches in automotive engineering, as well as the enterprise’s advanced practices.

The listeners were provided with detailed information about the company’s production capacities, labor discipline, safety culture, and initiatives for fostering a collaborative work environment.

This visit became an important experience for the listeners in exploring the practical aspects of automobile manufacturing, directly observing the production process and experiencing a real work environment.
