️A master class on "Beyond Management: The Human Side of Organizational Leadership" was held at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

The guest of the master class was Giuseppe Chiaramonte, an international expert in English, teacher and researcher, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences in the field of "Organizational Innovation."

The training seminar was held in an interactive format, where participants had the opportunity to study the importance of the human factor in organizational leadership, the inextricable link between theory and management practice, the influence of artificial intelligence on modern leadership and human relations in teams and ways to implement modern leadership concepts.

The meeting allowed the participants to consolidate their theoretical knowledge through practical exercises, develop effective management and leadership skills and become internationally competitive personnel.
