We invite you to a master class at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship on the topic "Beyond Management: The Human Side of Organizational Leadership".

Our guest speaker is Dr. Giuseppe Chiaramonte, international expert in English, teacher and researcher, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences in "Organizational Innovation" (National University, San Diego, USA), international TESOL certified specialist in teaching English as a foreign language.

In the master class, participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:️

- The role of the human factor in organizational leadership;

-️ Interrelation between theory and management practice;

️- The influence of artificial intelligence on modern leadership and human relationships in teams;

-️ Discussion of how modern leadership concepts are implemented in life.
