Dr. Felix Fremerey, an expert engaged within the framework of cooperation with Senior Experten Service (SES, Germany), is completing his mission at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
During his visit, the expert worked closely with representatives of the Graduate School of Business to explore and develop practical approaches to implementing the concept of Lean Management.
As part of the mission, Dr. Fremerey delivered a training session on Lean Management for professors, staff of the central administration, and regional offices. In addition, practical classes and seminars were conducted in the Fergana region for representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on the application of Lean Management tools, business process optimization, and improving enterprise productivity.
Furthermore, the expert collaborated with professors of the Graduate School of Business on developing a Lean Management training programme aimed at consolidating knowledge and strengthening practical competencies in lean production.
Following the mission, the parties agreed to further develop their cooperation and continue joint efforts to implement Lean Management practices in enterprises across Uzbekistan, including through specialized training courses and practical activities in the country's regions.
