The latest day of the training programme, organised by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, focused on key aspects of effective management of nonprofit organisations (NPOs), the development of leadership skills and the improvement of communication practices.
During the training, participants explored a range of topics, including human resource management in NPOs, effective teamwork and leadership, organisational branding and public relations, as well as the development of communication strategies.
Particular attention was paid to practical approaches to building cohesive teams, enhancing internal collaboration, strengthening organisational reputation and developing systematic communication with target audiences. The knowledge and skills acquired are intended to strengthen the organisational sustainability of NPOs and enhance their social impact.
An important part of the programme was an open dialogue with representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The meeting provided participants with an opportunity to discuss pressing issues related to combating corruption, promoting transparency and openness, and the role of non-profit organisations in advancing the principles of integrity and public accountability.
The open dialogue facilitated an exchange of views, discussion of relevant issues and stronger cooperation between civil society representatives and government institutions.
The topics covered and the open dialogue held made a valuable contribution to the participants’ professional development, broadening their practical knowledge of NPO management, effective communication, and the promotion of transparency, openness and public accountability.
