The third day of the five-day professional development course entitled “Social Impact and Non-Profit Organization Management” focused on strengthening the financial sustainability of non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs) and improving management effectiveness.

As part of the training programme, participants explored the following areas: diversification of NGO funding sources; fundraising and resource mobilization mechanisms; financial management and reporting; and tax administration in NGO operations, including tax obligations, reporting procedures and cooperation with tax authorities.

The study of these areas contributes to developing the practical competencies of NGO leaders and specialists, enhancing financial transparency, promoting the effective use of resources and strengthening the organizational capacity of civil society institutions.
