The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship on October 12 - 16, 2026, in cooperation with the Directorate for the Management of Industrial Zones of the Fergana Region, is conducting training on Lean production system for industrial companies of the region.

The training program includes:

• Identifying and eliminating waste in production areas;
• Determining reserves for production growth without additional investments;
• Reducing inventory, lead times, and production defects;
• Organizing workplaces using the 5S method;
• Analyzing the production chain from raw materials to the shipment of finished products;
• Visiting production facilities, analyzing practical cases and providing recommendations for production improvement.

Participation is open to:

• heads of production areas;
• technologists and engineers;
• production and quality specialists.
