For many participants, the trip to Bostanlik District was not simply an opportunity to relax, but also an important step toward gaining new knowledge and skills, discovering their potential and beginning a new stage in life.

A special program combining health and wellness activities, education and psychological support brought together 150 women from Tashkent Region and 172 women from Andijan Region who are included in the “Women’s Notebook” social support program.

Practical seminars and training sessions were organized for the participants at the “Livinston” recreation center. The program placed particular emphasis on increasing women’s financial independence, developing their professional skills and strengthening their confidence in their own abilities.

Experts from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship conducted training sessions on starting entrepreneurial activities, developing business ideas, financial planning and preparing business projects. The participants gained practical knowledge and recommendations necessary for launching and developing their own businesses.

Psychological training sessions were also held as part of the program. They focused on developing women’s leadership skills, unlocking their inner potential and increasing motivation. The combination of practical knowledge and psychological support helps participants strengthen their confidence in their abilities and opportunities.
