Five-day short-term training courses were organized in Narpay District for women included in the 1st and 2nd categories of the “Women’s Notebook” initiative who are interested in starting their own businesses.

The main objective of the training was to enhance women’s knowledge and practical skills in entrepreneurship, support them in creating independent sources of income and provide the necessary knowledge to turn business ideas into practical activities.

The training sessions were conducted by specialists from the Samarkand Regional Territorial Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

During the sessions, participants studied the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and business, business idea development, choosing an appropriate field of activity, assessing market demand, planning income and expenses, as well as effectively organizing and developing their own businesses.

Throughout the training, participants had the opportunity to ask specialists questions and receive practical recommendations on starting and developing a business. They also presented their own business ideas, exchanged experiences and shared their views with other participants.

The training courses organized by the Samarkand Regional Territorial Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship represent one of the practical initiatives aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial potential of the population, particularly women. The knowledge and recommendations provided by the specialists helped participants identify the necessary steps and directions for starting their own businesses.

Following the five-day training, participants strengthened their knowledge of entrepreneurship and developed practical skills for shaping business ideas and putting them into practice.

Such initiatives contribute to increasing women’s economic activity, supporting their entrepreneurial initiatives, and creating new sources of income.
