A seminar dedicated to explaining the essence and significance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-64 dated February 16, 2026, "On Measures for the Development of the Creative Economy," as well as promoting the effective implementation of its provisions, was held through the joint initiative of the Bukhara City Vocational Skills Center and the Bukhara Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

The Resolution serves as an important legal framework aimed at fostering the development of the creative economy, supporting innovation and creative initiatives, creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurs and unlocking the intellectual and creative potential of young people across the country.

The seminar brought together representatives of enterprises and organizations, entrepreneurs and industry specialists. During the event, participants received comprehensive information on the key priorities outlined in the Resolution, the concept and importance of the creative economy, new opportunities available to creative industry stakeholders, as well as tax, customs and financial incentives introduced by the government. Particular attention was paid to mechanisms for supporting innovative projects and entrepreneurial initiatives.

Participants were also informed about the integration of modern creative and technological solutions into traditional sectors of the economy, investment attraction, procedures for obtaining government support and the growing role of the creative economy in ensuring sustainable economic development.

At the conclusion of the seminar, experts answered participants' questions and provided practical guidance on implementing the provisions of the Resolution. The event contributed to raising awareness among the public particularly young people and entrepreneurs about the opportunities created under Presidential Resolution No. PQ-64 and the government's ongoing efforts to promote the development of Uzbekistan's creative economy.
