As part of the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-234, dated June 25, 2024, "On Additional Measures for the Improvement, Greening and Comprehensive Enhancement of the Appearance of Mahallas", the Higher School of Service under the Association of Mahallas of Uzbekistan has organized short-term intensive professional development courses for heads of Mahalla Service Companies, chief accountants of district (city) branches of the Association and specialists responsible for landscaping and beautification.

The training is being held from July 15 to 28 with the participation of the faculty members of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, who are delivering lectures and practical sessions covering the key areas of the training program.

During the courses, participants study modern approaches to the management of Mahalla Service Companies, strategic management, financial discipline, tax legislation and available tax incentives, participation in public procurement, the use of digital technologies and electronic document management. Particular attention is given to improving public service delivery, organizing effective work with citizens' requests, ensuring service quality and strengthening practical management skills.

The involvement of the faculty of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship in this professional development program contributes to enhancing the competencies of managers and specialists, promoting the adoption of modern management practices and supporting the effective implementation of state reforms aimed at strengthening the activities of Mahalla Service Companies.
