      The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and «Oltiariq Agrostar LLC» have signed a cooperation agreement in the Altariq District of the Fergana Region to organize training courses in the field of agribusiness.

     The primary objective of the partnership is to train, retrain and enhance the qualifications of highly skilled professionals for the agricultural sector, equipped with modern management, entrepreneurial and practical competencies. The agreement is aimed at developing human capital in agribusiness, strengthening the integration of education and industry and promoting the adoption of modern knowledge and approaches in the agricultural sector.

   Under the agreement, the parties plan to jointly develop educational programs on the fundamentals of agribusiness, organize professional development and retraining courses, deliver short-term training programs and implement the Mini MBA in Agribusiness program. In addition, seminars, training sessions, master classes, practical workshops, field-based learning activities, internships and work-based training programs will be organized.

   The educational process will involve leading agricultural experts, entrepreneurs, industry practitioners and representatives of international organizations. Based on real business experience, the parties will develop modern educational programs and practical case studies. They also intend to jointly prepare teaching and methodological materials, textbooks, digital learning resources and other educational materials, as well as organize conferences, forums and scientific and practical events.

      Participants who successfully complete the educational programs will be awarded certificates.

     The partnership is expected to contribute to the development of a modern management culture in the agricultural sector, strengthen the knowledge and practical competencies of farmers and agribusiness professionals, promote the wider adoption of innovative approaches, and support the sustainable development of Uzbekistan's agro-industrial sector.

     This initiative represents an important step toward strengthening effective cooperation between the government, the education sector and private business, while advancing the development of a modern and competitive workforce for the agribusiness industry.
