Announcement of a Competition for the Recruitment to the Positions of Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor at the Department of Business Communication and Foreign Languages

In connection with the fact that, starting from the 2026–2027 academic year, the Department of Business Communication and Foreign Languages of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan will serve as the graduating department for the Organizational Leadership degree program, the Graduate School announces a competition for the positions of Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Professor to teach the courses Business Communication and Organizational Leadership. The competition aims to recruit highly qualified academic and teaching staff for the department.
Within the framework of the competition, candidates' knowledge and competencies in the following subject areas will be assessed:
Business Communication;
Organizational Leadership;
Strategic Leadership;
Leadership and Team Management;
Organizational Behavior;
Negotiation and Conflict Management;
Business Ethics.
The competition will be conducted in the following stages:
Review of application documents;
Demonstration lesson (20–30 minutes);
Interview;
Final evaluation.
The demonstration lesson will be assessed based on the following criteria:
Comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter;
Ability to deliver professional and engaging instruction fluently in English, Uzbek, and Russian;
Effective application of modern teaching methodologies, including Case Study, Role Play, Project-based Learning, Simulation, Debate, and other interactive approaches;
Ability to actively engage participants in the learning process;
Effective use of information and communication technologies, as well as artificial intelligence tools, in teaching.
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
Curriculum Vitae (CV or résumé);
Copies of diplomas and documents confirming academic degree(s), if applicable;
International language certificates (for the Business Communication course, proof of English language proficiency at C1 level or higher is mandatory. For the Organizational Leadership course, English and/or Russian language certificates will be considered an advantage).
Applicants who meet the above requirements are requested to submit their application documents to s.abdullayeva@rgsbm.uz no later than 10:00 a.m. on August 10, 2026.
The date of the selection process will be announced on August 20, 2026, which is 10 days after the application submission deadline.
