A key event of the visit was the solemn signing ceremony of the Agreement on the implementation of a joint master's program based on the "Double Degree" model between the Graduate School of Business and entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Higher School of Business of Kazan Federal University. The signing of the document marked the official launch of a new international educational program, for which admission is already open.
The joint master's program provides for the training of specialists in the fields of "MBA - Innovative Management" and "Management" with the awarding of two diplomas to graduates: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and Master of Management from Kazan Federal University. The educational process will be implemented using a networked learning model, modern digital technologies and the best academic practices of the two educational institutions.
As part of the visit, the delegation also participated in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Business Education: Russia and the World", which brought together representatives of leading universities, government bodies, business, and the expert community. At the plenary session, the Deputy Director of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship delivered a report titled "New Approaches and Trends in Business Education in Uzbekistan: The Experience of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship", in which he presented modern trends in the development of business education in Uzbekistan, experience in implementing practice-oriented training, digital transformation of the educational process, development of international academic cooperation, and implementation of dual degree programs. The launch of a joint master's program marks a new stage in developing academic partnership between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation. By combining the educational traditions and innovative approaches of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship and Kazan Federal University, the program creates a full-fledged professional growth ecosystem for future managers based on practice-oriented training, modern digital tools, and intercultural exchange of experience. The two diplomas issued upon completion of the program reflect the high level of preparation of the graduates and serve as a reliable confirmation of their competencies at both national and international levels. The implementation of the project will be a significant contribution to the formation of human resources capable of effectively responding to the challenges of the modern economy.
