Gulhayo Olimkhanovna Shokhimardonova is an entrepreneur from Dustlik district of Jizzakh region, working in the light industry sector. She began her professional career in a sewing complex in 2018, gained the necessary experience and in 2021 established her own enterprise for the production of knitwear products under the name “Bunyodkor tikuvchi qizlari”.

A key milestone in her entrepreneurial development was her participation in educational courses organized by the Jizzakh Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. The program enabled her to systematize her practical experience and acquire modern knowledge in business management, financial planning, marketing and strategic enterprise development.

The training opened new opportunities for improving production processes, enhancing management efficiency and developing long-term growth strategies. The knowledge gained helped her make more confident managerial decisions, analyze market opportunities and identify promising directions for business expansion.

Today, the enterprise provides jobs for 23 employees, mostly women, contributing to their professional development and increasing employment in the region. The company’s annual turnover amounts to 500 million soums.

In the near future, the entrepreneur plans to expand production, introduce modern textile printing technologies and enter new export markets.
