Support for Women’s Entrepreneurship Continues in Namangan Region

The Namangan Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, in cooperation with the Mingbuloq District Department for Family and Women Affairs, organized short-term training courses entitled “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business” for women.

The event was held within the framework of the cooperation action plan between the regional branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Namangan Regional Department for Family and Women Affairs, aimed at promoting entrepreneurial activity among women in the region.

During the training, participants gained practical knowledge on starting and developing their own businesses in such areas as handicrafts, sewing, beekeeping, efficient use of household plots and service provision. Particular attention was paid to issues of women’s employment and expanding their economic opportunities.

Mr. N. O‘rinboyev, Chief Specialist of the Namangan Regional Directorate of JSCB “Mikrokreditbank”, provided detailed information on the legal foundations of entrepreneurship, business plan development, formation of start-up capital, access to loans and the effective use of preferential financial instruments.

Upon completion of the course, participants underwent final testing. Those who successfully demonstrated their knowledge and skills were awarded certificates issued by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
