The Andijan Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship continues to provide practical support to the population in developing entrepreneurial activities, contributing to increased employment and strengthening the economic stability of families.

As part of this initiative, A. Ismonov, a participant included in the “Iron Notebook” social support program and M. Soliyeva, a self-employed citizen, were enrolled in the “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business” training course organized by the regional branch.

During the training, participants gained theoretical and practical knowledge on business organization, business planning, financial literacy, marketing, consumer demand analysis and effective business management. Particular attention was paid to developing entrepreneurial ideas, preparing business projects and utilizing available government support mechanisms.

The branch's specialists provided comprehensive advisory and practical assistance, including support in developing business plans, assessing the economic viability of projects and explaining procedures for obtaining preferential loans, financial assistance and subsidies.

As a result of the support provided, A. Ismonov established a greenhouse facility at his household. The project created four new family-based jobs, contributing to employment generation, increased household income and the development of agricultural production in the region.

In turn, M. Soliyeva launched a home-based sewing business. Within the framework of the “Master–Apprentice” initiative, three new jobs were created. The activity contributes to the employment of women and youth, the development of craftsmanship and the expansion of production of in-demand sewing products.

These projects serve as a clear example of the effectiveness of measures aimed at supporting entrepreneurial initiatives among the population. Thanks to the knowledge acquired, professional guidance and practical assistance received, the participants were able to establish sustainable sources of income, create employment opportunities for their family members and contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities.

The Andijan Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship will continue its efforts to support entrepreneurial initiatives, facilitate the creation of new jobs and promote the development of small businesses in the region.
