A socially significant project aimed at creating favorable conditions for children with disabilities and promoting social entrepreneurship has been implemented in the city of Yangiyul.

The initiative was carried out by individual entrepreneur Dilorom Annakulova, who effectively utilized opportunities provided by social support programs, including participation in the “Women’s Notebook” system, to launch her own business activity.

From an early age, Dilorom Annakulova, being a person with a disability, overcame life challenges, which formed her strong commitment to helping children with disabilities and creating suitable conditions for their development. Within the framework of her initiative, she set a goal to establish a specialized day-care center for children aged 7 to 14.

During the implementation of the project, the entrepreneur carried out work on preparing the necessary documentation, establishing cooperation with specialists, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for children.

As a result, a day-care center for children with disabilities has been launched in the city of Yangiyul. Currently, the center provides day-care services to 18 children. Special attention is given to educational activities, social adaptation and the development of children’s abilities and interests.

Within the framework of the project, 6 new jobs have been created, ensuring additional employment opportunities for the local population and providing stable income sources for several families.

During the development of her entrepreneurial activity, Dilorom Annakulova received support from the Tashkent Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. She completed the training course “Organization of Marketing Services and Advertising of Goods and Services” and received a corresponding certificate.

In addition, specialists of the branch provided practical assistance in developing a business plan, obtaining a loan and organizing entrepreneurial activities. As a result, the entrepreneur received a preferential loan in the amount of 30 million soums.

Today, Dilorom Annakulova operates as an individual entrepreneur (IE). Her 8 years of business experience play an important role in the implementation of socially oriented projects.

This project is a successful example of the development of social entrepreneurship, support for children with disabilities and job creation.

The center established in Yangiyul has become an important social facility supporting children and their families.
