Systematic efforts to support entrepreneurial initiatives, develop small businesses and create new jobs continue in the Bukhara region. Successful projects implemented with the assistance of the Bukhara Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship have become another clear demonstration of the effectiveness of these initiatives.

One notable example is the entrepreneurial project launched by Hurriyat Zaripova, a citizen registered in the Unified Social Registry. Seeking to strengthen her family’s economic stability and establish a sustainable source of income, she took advantage of available government support opportunities and completed the training course titled “Organization of Marketing Services and Advertising of Goods and Services”, organized by the Bukhara Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

During the course, the participant acquired both theoretical and practical knowledge in marketing, customer relations, accounting and business management. In addition, the branch’s specialists provided comprehensive advisory support in developing a business idea, preparing a business plan, financial planning, bookkeeping and utilizing government preferential support mechanisms.

As a result, the family-owned non-governmental preschool educational institution “Zarif Zulfiya” was established, creating 8 new jobs. The new preschool contributes to expanding access to early childhood education in the region while also creating additional employment opportunities for women and young people.

Another successful example is the development of the family-owned hotel “Golden Degrez”, managed by Dilorom Salimova. For many years, the hotel has been providing services to both domestic and international tourists, making a valuable contribution to the development of the tourism potential of the Bukhara region.

To further improve the hotel’s operations, specialists from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship provided a range of consulting services. The consultations focused on improving accounting practices, financial planning, cost analysis and optimization, increasing business efficiency and enhancing customer service quality.

As a result of implementing the recommended measures, the hotel’s operations reached a new stage of development. The range of services was expanded, service quality improved and the company’s financial stability strengthened. In addition, 5 new jobs were created, contributing to increased employment and the further development of entrepreneurship in the region.

These projects clearly demonstrate the practical effectiveness of the educational and consulting services provided by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Through comprehensive support, citizens are gaining opportunities to successfully launch their own businesses, expand existing enterprises, create new jobs and contribute to the socio-economic development of the Bukhara region.

The work aimed at supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, enhancing managerial competencies, and assisting the implementation of business projects will continue in the future.
