Participants who successfully completed the short-term training courses organized by the Kashkadarya Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship are now launching their own business ventures and making a valuable contribution to the creation of new jobs.

In particular, Setora Salomova, a resident of the Khojaguzar Mahalla in Guzar District, has put the knowledge and skills gained during the training into practice. With the support of the hokim’s assistant, she purchased a sewing machine through a subsidy program and started her activity as a self-employed entrepreneur. Currently, she is teaching sewing skills to three unemployed women. In the future, she plans to obtain a concessional loan to further expand her business.

Likewise, Ramazon Urinov, a resident of Dehkanabad District, successfully completed the short-term training courses and received a concessional loan of 10 million UZS. Using these funds, he established a men's barbershop and launched his entrepreneurial activity.

Another successful example is the project implemented by Kholbibi Ibragimova, a resident of Guliston Mahalla in Guzar District. After successfully completing the training courses, she received a concessional loan of 30 million UZS with the assistance of the hokim’s assistant and started operating as an individual entrepreneur. Today, she provides permanent employment to 12 women, contributing to increased employment and income generation.

These achievements clearly demonstrate the practical effectiveness of the short-term training courses organized by the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. The courses serve as an important mechanism for supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, promoting employment and creating new job opportunities.
