#GSBE #GraduateSchool #WorldEnvironmentDay #GreenEconomy

Today, the world is widely celebrating World Environment Day.

This date encourages people to protect nature, pay attention to environmental issues and support the principles of sustainable development.

The year 1972 marked an important turning point in the development of international environmental policy. During this period, the first major international conference on human and environmental issues  the Stockholm Conference  was held in Stockholm.

Following this process, on 15 December 1972, the United Nations General Assembly adopted Resolution A/RES/2994 (XXVII), under which 5 June was declared World Environment Day.

The UN called on states and international organizations to hold annual events on this day aimed at protecting and improving the environment.

Environmental protection is a shared responsibility of all of us.Clean air, clean water and green nature are the greatest wealth for future generations.

In the field of business and entrepreneurship, the ecological approach is becoming increasingly important. The “green economy,” efficient use of resources and sustainable business models are becoming an integral part of modern entrepreneurship.

We encourage everyone to contribute to nature conservation, waste reduction and the development of environmental culture.

Together towards a sustainable future!
