New approaches to youth entrepreneurship development are being implemented in the Bukhara region

The Bukhara Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, in cooperation with educational institutions of the region, organized a practical master class titled “First Step in Entrepreneurship: Experience and Advice”.
The event was aimed at supporting young people planning to start activities in the tourism sector, self-employed citizens, as well as representatives of small businesses and at developing their entrepreneurial skills. The main objective of the initiative was to effectively utilize the tourism potential of the Bukhara region, ensure youth employment in this sector and contribute to the formation of innovative business initiatives.
The lecture and practical sessions were attended by specialists from regional departments of the Agency for Youth Affairs, JSC “Aloqabank” and JSCB “Microcreditbank”, as well as around 100 young participants. In addition, representatives of successful business entities such as “Golden Degrez”, “Zarif Zulfiya” and “Saodatxon tikuv uyi” took part in the event and shared their practical experience.
The event was opened with a speech by the Head of the Bukhara Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, R. Naimov. He emphasized the importance of developing youth entrepreneurship, the significance of innovative approaches in business organization and the role of mentor entrepreneurs in this process.
Within the program, the director of the “Golden Degrez” hotel, D. Salimova, shared her experience in launching and developing a small hotel business, highlighting service quality standards in tourism, customer service approaches and marketing solutions. The heads of “Zarif Zulfiya” and “Saodatxon tikuv uyi” also provided recommendations on business organization and effective management.
In the second part of the event, participants visited the craft centers “No‘g‘ay karvon saroyi” and “3-gumbaz”? as well as family guest houses, which allowed them to gain practical insight into the activities of entrepreneurial facilities.
