On May 18 of this year, the Andijan Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, together with the Andijan Faculty of Tashkent State University of Economics and with the participation of a number of organizations and institutions, organized a job fair dedicated to “Career Day” for graduating students.

The main purpose of the event was to promote employment opportunities for university graduates, assist them in finding jobs at regional organizations and institutions and establish cooperation in training specialists who meet the current demands of the labor market.

During the event, representatives of organizations and enterprises introduced students to available vacancies, working conditions and professional development opportunities. Graduates had the opportunity to communicate directly with potential employers, ask questions of interest and discuss future employment prospects.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to further develop cooperation in the field of training qualified personnel. In particular, an agreement was reached on jointly conducting scientific research and educational projects aimed at studying modern principles of entrepreneurship, small business development strategies, economic reforms and ensuring the sustainability of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
