For many participants, the trip to the Bostanlyk district became more than just a recreational getaway - it marked the beginning of a new stage in their lives. Women from the Fergana and Syrdarya regions included in the “Women’s Notebook” support system took part in a special program combining wellness activities, education, and psychological support.

A series of practical seminars and training sessions was organized for the participants at the “Livinston” recreation area. The program focused on strengthening women’s financial independence, developing professional skills, and building self-confidence.

Specialists from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship conducted training sessions on launching entrepreneurial activities, generating business ideas, financial planning, and developing business projects. Participants gained valuable knowledge and practical insights necessary for starting and managing their own businesses.

The program also included psychological trainings aimed at enhancing leadership qualities, unlocking personal potential, and increasing motivation. According to the organizers, the combination of practical learning and emotional support helps participants gain confidence in their own abilities.

These initiatives are being implemented as part of the state policy aimed at supporting families and women. Under the program, around 50,000 women in need of social assistance are given the opportunity each year to participate in educational and rehabilitation courses in wellness zones of the Tashkent region.

According to the organizers, such projects help women not only acquire new knowledge, but also expand opportunities for employment, self-realization, and active participation in the country’s economic life.
