A seminar-training aimed at supporting business entities and improving their financial literacy was held at the building of the Amudarya district khokimiyat. The event was organized jointly by the Karakalpakstan regional branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and the regional branch of JSC “Entrepreneurship Development Company”.

The seminar was attended by representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the region, senior officials of commercial banks, as well as citizens interested in starting entrepreneurial activities.

During the event, presentations on modern mechanisms of state financial support for entrepreneurs were delivered by the head of the regional branch of JSC “Entrepreneurship Development Company”, A. Baskabaev, as well as chief specialists of the Karakalpakstan regional branch, A. Urinbayev and B. Alimov.

Detailed information was provided on instruments such as preferential loans, loan guarantees, compensation of interest expenses, equity participation in projects, and efficient use of financial resources.

Special attention was paid to expanding opportunities for attracting investment, simplifying financing procedures, and ensuring effective use of banking services. Participants were also provided with practical recommendations on developing business projects and utilizing financial instruments.

At the end of the event, experts answered participants’ questions in detail. It was emphasized that regular organization of such open dialogues and practical seminars with entrepreneurs in the regions is of great importance.
