Short-term training courses have been organized in the Namangan region to support youth under probation supervision, facilitate their social adaptation, and promote their employment.

This initiative was implemented within the framework of a cooperation memorandum signed between the Namangan Regional Branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Probation Department of the Public Safety Service of the Namangan Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

In particular, from April 27 to May 1, 2026, training sessions were held in Kosonsoy district based on the program “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business”. During the course, participants were provided with comprehensive information on the key stages of starting and developing entrepreneurial activities.

The participants gained essential knowledge and practical skills in business planning, forming initial capital, effectively utilizing loans and incentives, and gradually building and expanding their businesses.

Additionally, participants received information on measures aimed at reducing poverty, lowering unemployment, increasing household incomes, and identifying local opportunities for entrepreneurship development at the community level. They were also informed about procedures for obtaining loans and subsidies under family entrepreneurship programs, as well as opportunities to access vacant buildings and land plots through the E-auksion trading platform.

During the training, practical recommendations were provided to participants based on their interests and capabilities across various professional fields.

Such training programs contribute to preparing young people for independent life, ensuring their sustainable employment, preventing repeat offenses, and helping them secure a достойное place in society.
