In accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 14, 2025, No. 103 “On measures to further improve the system of supporting families and women”, a comprehensive program aimed at improving the quality of life and expanding opportunities for women is being consistently implemented across the country.

The document provides for the annual placement of 50,000 women included in the “Women’s Notebook” (“Ayollar daftari”) and in need of social support in health and recreation facilities of the Tashkent region. Within the framework of the program, psychological assistance is provided, as well as motivational seminars aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and increasing social activity.

The next stage of this initiative is taking place in the Bostanlyk district at the “Livinston” recreation area, where participants are engaged in an intensive wellness and educational program. The activities are dedicated to personal development, strengthening self-confidence and forming sustainable life strategies.

Representatives of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship play an important role in the implementation of the program, delivering practice-oriented sessions. During the seminars, participants gain relevant knowledge in business management, financial literacy, as well as skills in effective planning and starting their own business.

In parallel, psychological trainings are conducted aimed at revealing the inner potential of women, developing emotional resilience, and fostering positive thinking. This comprehensive approach not only provides support to participants but also creates conditions for their further self-realization and economic independence.

Organizers note the high level of engagement among participants and emphasize that such initiatives contribute to strengthening the role of women in society, developing entrepreneurship and improving social well-being in the regions.

The program continues, bringing together the efforts of government institutions, educational organizations, and experts to achieve sustainable results in supporting women.
