On April 24, 2026, the advanced training course titled “Social Impact and Management of Non-Profit Organizations”, organized for representatives of the non-governmental non-profit sector, was successfully completed at the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The training program was structured in a modular format and covered the key areas of non-profit organization activities. In particular, participants studied the legal and institutional foundations of organizational operations, strategic and project management, ensuring financial sustainability, human resource management, and the development of leadership skills in a systematic manner.

The final module of the program was dedicated to the introduction of digital solutions in the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations. During the sessions, participants explored opportunities for using the e-ngo.uz electronic platform in cooperation with government bodies, as well as issues related to the digitalization of management and organizational processes. In addition, practical mechanisms for applying artificial intelligence technologies, expanding audience reach through digital communication tools and social media and enhancing organizational transparency and public trust were analyzed.

As part of the training, meetings with representatives of government bodies and practical study visits were organized. In particular, meetings held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as in the Legislative Chamber and the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, enabled participants to gain practical insights into cooperation mechanisms between the public and non-governmental sectors.

At the conclusion of the course, a closing ceremony was held, during which participants were awarded certificates of completion. The program helped participants develop a comprehensive understanding of modern approaches to managing non-governmental non-profit organizations and expanded opportunities for applying the acquired knowledge and skills in practice.
