Professional development courses have been launched for representatives of non-governmental non-profit organizations

On April 20, 2026, the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan launched a short-term professional development course for representatives of non-governmental non-profit organizations (NGOs) in the field of "Social Impact and Non-Profit Organization Management".
This educational program is implemented within the framework of the State Program and is considered in accordance with the priority areas for the development of civil society institutions defined in the "Uzbekistan — 2030" Strategy. The course is aimed at strengthening the professional and institutional potential of the non-governmental sector.
The initiative is being implemented in cooperation with the National Association of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations of Uzbekistan and the Public Fund for Support of Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis.
The training program is organized in an intensive one-week format and is intended for NGO managers and specialists. The content of the program is formed based on modern requirements and covers areas such as the legal framework and institutional development, project management, strategic communications, resource mobilization and social impact assessment.
Within the framework of the course, priority is given to a practical approach, where participants master the mechanisms for developing and implementing social projects, methods of effective cooperation with government agencies, business entities and international partners, as well as ways to increase the sustainability and efficiency of organizations.
The educational process is organized with the participation of leading experts from government agencies, think tanks and educational institutions. The program also pays special attention to the digitalization of the NGO sector and the use of innovative technologies in management.
The implementation of this course is expected to serve to form a reserve of qualified personnel for the non-governmental sector, increase the efficiency of social project management, and expand the participation of NGOs in the processes of socio-economic development of the country.
