List of documents for admission to independent research in the field of -DSc:

• objective certificate;

• a copy of the labor book, certified in the prescribed manner;

• a copy of the diploma of higher education, candidate of sciences, or doctor of philosophy (PhD) or other equivalent academic degrees obtained abroad;

• a scientific report on the research topic and a detailed draft of the dissertation plan for the degree of Doctor of Sciences (DSc);

Note: Persons admitted to doctoral studies (DSc) are:

• holding a Candidate of Sciences degree or a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or other equivalent academic degrees obtained in foreign states;

• those who have achieved significant scientific achievements after obtaining a Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree or other equivalent academic degrees obtained in foreign states, including at least three scientific articles published in scientific journals and at least two abstracts in collections of scientific-practical conferences, seminars, and other collections of scientific works in relevant scientific fields, which may serve as the basis for a dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Sciences (DSc).

Applicants for doctoral studies undergo an interview conducted by the admissions committee for their specialty.

The selection of applicants for the -DSc independent research is carried out by the admissions committee based on the results of the interview.

If the final scores of several applicants for doctoral studies are equal based on the results of the interview, preference is given to the following applicants:

• those with more than 5 years of scientific and pedagogical experience;

• having author's certificates and patents;

• having monographs (for social and humanitarian sciences), a larger number of scientific articles (compared to another applicant) on the topic of the applicant's dissertation published in relevant scientific journals, including foreign ones;

• those who have completed more than 50 percent of the dissertation research volume.

List of documents for admission to independent PhD research:

• objective certificate;

• a copy of the master's diploma or diploma of higher education (for specialty programs) - for registration as an independent candidate for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD);

• a list of scientific works and their copies;

Note: for independent pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree, the following persons are registered:

• those with a master's degree or a diploma of higher education (by specialty);

• have scientific publications (at least 1 article and 2 abstracts);

The selection of applicants for independent research is carried out by the admissions committee based on the results of the interview.
