In accordance with the calendar-plan signed between the Namangan regional branch of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship and the Namangan regional Department of Family and Women, short-term training courses on "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship and Business" were organized for women in the region in order to develop entrepreneurship throughout the region. In particular, training courses were held for women in these regions in cooperation with the women's departments of Davlatabad and Naryn districts.

During the training, the participants were explained the legal basis for starting entrepreneurial activity, the development of a business plan, the formation of initial capital, the proper use of loans and benefits, and the phased establishment of their activities. Issues of expanding the ranks of women entrepreneurs in remote areas, creating the necessary conditions for their effective activity, providing additional opportunities, and establishing close cooperation with commercial banks were comprehensively covered.

The course provided suggestions and recommendations on the development of women's entrepreneurship, the effective use of crafts, sewing, beekeeping and the wider use of the opportunities of the service sector, as well as ensuring women's employment.

Tests were conducted to assess the knowledge and skills of the participants who completed the course. Participants who successfully passed the test were awarded certificates from the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
