The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship towards advancing principles of sustainable and responsible management
The Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan officially joined the PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) initiative in March 2024, established following the UN Global Compact Leaders’ Summit.
Established in 2007 as an initiative of the UN Global Compact, PRME advances the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by fostering responsible education for entrepreneurs and executives.
The mission of PRME is centered on transforming business and management education while fostering a sense of responsibility in future leaders. Currently uniting over 850 business schools worldwide, PRME serves as a premier global platform for developing leaders capable of balancing economic performance, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability.
International partnership within the PRME framework is a vital strategic pillar of the Graduate School’s activities. Joining PRME signifies that the School embraces the seven core principles of responsible management education, consistently integrating them into both academic processes and research endeavors. As a result, contemporary courses on ESG frameworks, green economy, corporate governance, and ethical business conduct are being actively incorporated into our educational programs.
Our primary goal is to cultivate responsible and innovatively-minded leaders for both the public and private sectors, capable of operating effectively within a shifting global economy and contributing to the sustainable future of the country.
